    We are excited to annouce that we have several clubs available this year to Jones students!  
    Students wishing to particpate in clubs may apply for the club by clicking here!  You must log in with your email address to access the form.  

    Clubs will meet on Tuesday afternoon from 3:30-4:15 and pick up will be promptly at 4:15 on the side of the building.  

    Students in clubs are expected to adhear to the following expecations: 

     

    • Be ON TIME to school each day. No more than two tardies allowed.
    • Grades will be reviewed on a no pass/no play basis. This means if you are failing a class at the end of the six weeks you will not participate in any club for three weeks.  If you are passing everything on your progress report you will be eligible to attend clubs again.  This will begin at the end of the second six weeks. 
    • Maintain an E or S in classroom/specials conduct and study habits.
    • Be a positive role model to younger students by displaying exemplary behavior.
    • Be able to work cooperatively with the other club members and the sponsor.
    • Students must have reliable transportation. Clubs end at 4:15.  All students should be picked up by 4:20.  If a parent is late twice the student will be dismissed from the club. 
    • Club sponsor reserves the right to dismiss any member for behavior that is unbecoming to a club member.

    Music Club Band Club       


    You are invited to join the Jivin’ Jaguars Music Club.  Members will learn about different types of instruments, play different instruments, learn to read, listen, to and watch a lot of great music.   Contact:  Mr. Cardenales


     Cheer Club

    Hello. I am Lakeesha Williamson, and I am the Spotted JAGS Cheer Club sponsor. Spotted JAGS cheer club is designed to focus on the girls learning to be leaders, show school spirit, and work on teamwork building skills. This is our first year to have Jones cheerleaders and we are excited to get the ball rolling!


     

    Dance Club Grades K-2
     

     Hi! I am Shelby Auman. I am currently in charge of leading Dance Club for K-2.We will be learning different dances to different types of music. We will also be performing during morning meeting, different programs, and PTA. We have been learning so much about each other the past couple of weeks. I am so excited to see the students grow :).


     

    Dance Club Grades 3-5

    Robotics Club is every other Monday from 2:50-3:30. Students engage in creating Lego Robots. Contact:  Mr. Michels
     
    Sew Fun Sewing Club
     
     
    Ms. McWain here inviting you to join the Sew Fun Sewing Club!  We will be meeting every other Tuesday afternoon after school and we will be learning how to sew!  If you want to learn how to make cool things to wear then this club is for you!  I’m looking for creative kids in the  4th and 5th grades!  Space is limited so sign up quick!  Get ready, create, sew!
     

     

     Jag Sports Club for Boys

    You are invited to become a member of the Sports Club.  The Sports Club is open to both boys and girls.  Members will learn skills for seasonal sports that are not taught in PE.  Contact:  Coach Lampton


     

     
     
     Whiz Kids Whiz Kids
     
    Members will learn advanced computer skills, coding, and computer software eventually evolving into making their own video game.  Club members will also be leaders on the campus during International Computer Science Week and the Hour of Code.  Contact:  Mrs. Hughes
